Viagra and other treatment options

There are many non-medical treatment options available for erectile dysfunction. Some men find that lifestyle changes can help them to get and maintain an erection such as:

• losing weight (especially if your BMI is high)
• stopping smoking
• exercising regularly
• trying to limit stress and anxiety
