You can access it on your computer, tablet or mobile in the comfort of your own space. Your information never leaves the Superdrug Online Doctor servers, which are based in the UK. Our doctors are based in a private London office and only our clinical team can see your information. Deliveries are sent out in discreet packaging via recorded delivery. A signature is required on receipt of delivery but it does not have to be you. See Delivery Information for more details. If for any reason the doctor does not issue a prescription or an item is not available from the pharmacy, you will receive a full refund within a few days. Feedback, suggestions and complaints can be made by sending a message in your electronic patient record. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded to in full within 5 days.
