Book a Telephone Consultation

For personal advice on your condition and available treatments, you can book a telephone consultation with one of our doctors.

During your consultation, the doctor will discuss your medical history, your lifestyle and general health to assess what you can do to get better. You will get a chance to ask questions about your condition as well as the medications used to treat it.

Telephone consultation appointments are available at 2pm on Fridays.

You need to fill in a brief medical questionnaire and register with us before you can book your consultation.

Our customer services team will call you to arrange an appointment.

The doctor will then call you at the designated appointment time. All consultations last up to 10 minutes.
