How our service works

  • Fill in a short questionnaire about your skin conditions symptoms
  • Upload at least 2 photos of your symptoms
  • A Superdrug Doctor will check your answers and your photos to try and diagnose your skin conditions
  • Messages about your assessment and diagnosis will be sent to your account
  • Your doctor will recommend treatment if it’s right for you - treatments costs are not included with a diagnosis

You can message an online doctor about your assessment or treatment any time at no additional charge via your patient account

If your skin condition is making you feel unwell, or you’re just not feeling well in general, then our doctors would not be able to diagnose your skin condition. This is because you may need an in-person check-up to correctly diagnose your condition. If this is the case we’ll suggest you go to your GP.
