Skin Condition Diagnosis

Get an online diagnosis and treatment for your skin condition

If you notice a visible change in your skin and you're worried that you may have a skin condition, or think you might have caught a sexually transmitted infection with visible symptoms, we can help.

You can use our online photo assessment service to get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations for a range of different skin conditions. It's fast, discreet and you don't need to speak to a doctor face-to-face. The most skin common conditions our doctors diagnose and treat are:

  1. Acne
  2. Eczema
  3. Psoriasis
  4. Ringworm
  5. Rosacea
  6. Molluscum contagiosum (MSV)
  7. Herpes (Oral and Genital) (HSV)
  8. Genital Warts
  9. Other STI conditions

All you need to do is complete a questionnaire and submit at least 2 photos of your symptoms to our doctors, and you’ll get a response within 24 hours.

To place an order, fill in a brief questionnaire. One of our doctors will review your order and prescribe a treatment if suitable. Existing patients should login first.

How our service works

  • Fill in a short questionnaire about your skin conditions symptoms
  • Upload at least 2 photos of your symptoms
  • A Superdrug Doctor will check your answers and your photos to try and diagnose your skin conditions
  • Messages about your assessment and diagnosis will be sent to your account
  • Your doctor will recommend treatment if it’s right for you - treatments costs are not included with a diagnosis

You can message an online doctor about your assessment or treatment any time at no additional charge via your patient account

If your skin condition is making you feel unwell, or you’re just not feeling well in general, then our doctors would not be able to diagnose your skin condition. This is because you may need an in-person check-up to correctly diagnose your condition. If this is the case we’ll suggest you go to your GP.
