Earn points with every consultation on Superdrug Online Doctor

If you have a Superdrug Health & Beautycard, you can earn points with every consultation on Superdrug Online Doctor. You can spend these points on Superdrug.com or in-store. If you don’t have a Health & Beautycard but want to start earning points, you can register for yours on superdrug.com.

To earn points when ordering on Superdrug Online Doctor, you can either link your Health & Beautycard to your patient account to automatically collect points with each consultation. Or, you can enter your Health & Beautycard number at check out.

Linking your Health & Beautycard to your patient account

To link your Health & Beautycard to your patient account, you must:

• Log in to your patient account
• Go to settings

• Go to Health & Beautycard

• Enter your Health & Beautycard number (the 13 digit barcode number on the back of your card)
• Hit update

Once you’ve updated this, we will automatically add points to your Health & Beautycard with every purchase.

If you don’t want to link your Health & Beautycard to your patient account, you can still earn points by entering your Health and Beautycard number at checkout. To do this:

• Complete your assessment and arrive at the check out screen
• Select “Add card” where it says “Superdrug Health & Beautycard"

• Enter your Health & Beautycard number (the 13 digit barcode number on the back of your card), and press submit

• Complete your purchase and earn points

You can not use Health & Beautycard points on Superdrug Online Doctor. You can only earn points to spend at Superdrug.com or in-store. 

Visit Superdrug.com to get your Health & Beautycard. You can not sign up for a Health & Beautycard through Superdrug Online Doctor.
