Specialist area: innovation in medicine, online and digital medicine, improving access to healthcare and reducing inequalities in health and well-being.
Previous Experience: I studied medicine at the University of Oxford before completing my training at University College London.
My career began in the NHS for eight years, working in different specialities in top hospitals across London. I also worked across the world on different charitable and research projects, looking for ways to reduce the inequalities in healthcare.
Then I worked as the Medical Director for Superdrug Online Doctor for six years, creating ways to make it easier for people to be able to access safe medical advice and medications online.
My passion is breaking down barriers to healthcare, and making sure every person can get the medical advice and support they need, in a way that works for them, both in the UK and in my work abroad.

Online medicine is an incredible tool for ensuring patients can get information, advice, tests, and treatments, in a way that is convenient and discreet, and also safe and highly regulated. I’m so excited to work with a team that can innovate and change the way that patients interact with their doctors.
Hobbies and Interests: Podcasts and radio, reading recipe books, hosting big noisy dinner parties, films, festivals, swimming and travelling.
