This scan has provided us with insight on some accessibility issues features in parts of our website; we’ll be working on to improve our accessibility and with the aim to make this score even higher.

Principal areas of focus:

• Menu and footer: might have elements that prevent assistive technologies from correctly interpreting their structure and functionality.
• Cookies and delivery information on product pages may be missing a clear visual cue to identify the currently focused element when using a keyboard.
• Questionnaire: when answering the questionnaire, form labels might be missing, which would ensure assistive technologies can understand the purpose of each form field.
• Patient’s account dashboard: zoom is currently not possible which might cause some content to be difficult to navigate
