How we work?

Get in touch to book an appointment first of all. It’s best to bring your itinerary and a list of the vaccinations that you have had already with you.

When you get here for your appointment, we’ll go through a quick but thorough consultation to establish which vaccinations you need. We’ll also check that the travel vaccinations that you need are going to be compatible with any health issues that you might have and then give you your injections. Our practitioner will also let you know if there are any other travel health risks that you might need to think about, like malaria prevention for example.

Like all the Superdrug Travel Clinics, Travel Clinic Reading stocks all travel vaccines, even if they are rare (like the vaccine for Japanese Encephalitis, for example). In addition, we can prescribe anti-malarial tablets.
