How we work?

When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll work out your immunisation requirements and check that they are compatible with any health issues that you might have. Our nurses will let you know if there are any other travel health risks that you might need to think about, like malaria prevention. Bring along a rough itinerary for your trip and, if you know it, a list of the vaccinations that you have had already with your GP or elsewhere. Once the consultation is complete, as long as everything is in order, your nurse will also give you your travel vaccinations.

Like all the Superdrug Travel Clinics, Travel Clinic Manchester is a registered Yellow Fever centre. In addition to this, we stock all travel vaccines, (even the rare ones - like the vaccine for Japanese Encephalitis). We also prescribe anti-malarial tablets.
