How we work?

When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll go through a short consultation to work out your immunisation requirements and check that the travel vaccinations that you need are going to be compatible with any health issues that you might have. During this consultation, our nurses will also let you know if there are any other travel health risks that you might need to think about, such as malaria prevention for example. Once the consultation is complete, as long as everything is in order, your nurse will also give you your travel vaccinations.

Like all the Superdrug Travel Clinics, Travel Clinic Birmingham is a registered Yellow Fever centre. In addition to this, we stock all travel vaccines, even if they are more unusual (like the vaccine for Japanese Encephalitis, for example). We can also prescribe anti-malarial tablets.
