What is Cialis Together?
Cialis Together is an over-the-counter erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment that contains the active ingredient tadalafil.

Side effects from Cialis Together can last from a few hours to 24 hours, depending on the type of side effect. Most side effects will go away when you stop taking Cialis Together.
What to do if you get Cialis Together side effects?
If you experience any of the following serious Cialis Together side effects you should stop taking it and call 999 or get someone to take you to A&E:
- an allergic reaction such as swelling of the eyelids, lips, face, or throat, breathing or swallowing difficulties, or wheezing
- a prolonged and painful erection that lasts for more than 4 hours
- a sudden decrease or loss of vision
- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), a rare but serious disorder that causes flu-like symptoms and a painful, blistering rash
Managing mild side effects
Mild side effects can be managed at home by:
- taking over-the-counter painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen for aches, pains, and headaches
- avoiding alcohol or caffeinated drinks before taking your tablet, especially if you get nausea or facial flushing
- drinking enough water and making sure you’re hydrated
- keeping the room cool and using a fan, which can help with flushing
- taking your tablet with a small meal to reduce nausea
- taking an antacid to reduce indigestion
Speak to your doctor if you cannot manage your side effects at home. They may be able to prescribe or recommend another medicine that could help, such as a nose spray if you get nasal congestion when you take Cialis Together.

Cialis Together warnings
Do not take Cialis Together if you:
- do not have an erection problem
- are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients in the medication
- take nitrates or nitric oxide donors
- take amyl nitrates (poppers) as recreational drugs
- have been advised by a doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a heart problem
- have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
